• No diagnosis, no medical advice. Nothing on the Platform — including AI-structured case files, summaries, and preliminary proposals from clinics — constitutes a diagnosis, medical or dental advice, or a recommendation of treatment. AIDA does not replace a licensed dentist or physician.
• Preliminary proposals are estimates. Proposals sent by clinics are informational and preliminary. A diagnosis and a final treatment plan can only be established by a licensed practitioner after appropriate examination. Prices, scope and suitability of treatment may change after examination.
• No practitioner–patient relationship with OTEXE. Use of the Platform does not create a doctor–patient or dentist–patient relationship between you and OTEXE. Any such relationship arises, if at all, only between you and the clinic you choose, under the laws applicable to that clinic.
• AI limitations. AI-generated structuring may contain errors, omissions or misclassifications. Always verify important information with a licensed professional.
• Emergencies. The Platform is not for emergencies. If you experience severe pain, swelling, bleeding, trauma or any urgent condition, contact your local emergency services or an emergency dental/medical facility immediately.
• Your responsibility. Decisions about your health remain yours and your chosen practitioner’s. You are free to disregard any information obtained through the Platform.
