Consent
Last updated: 11 August 2026
Your case materials — photographs, radiological imagery, treatment plans and descriptions — are data concerning health. Under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR we may process them only with your explicit consent, asked separately for each purpose. This page reproduces, word for word, the consents you are asked for on the Platform.
Every box is unticked by default, is separate from accepting the Website Terms of Use, and can be withdrawn at any time in your account settings or by writing to support@aidadoc.com. Withdrawal takes effect for the future: it disables the corresponding feature but does not affect processing already carried out. None of these consents is a condition of browsing the Platform. How the data is then handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Case processing — required to use the case feature
I expressly consent to OTEXE Global Solutions OÜ processing the materials I upload — which may include photographs, radiological imagery (e.g., CT/CBCT), treatment plans and case descriptions, and which constitute data concerning my health — for the purpose of structuring my case with AI assistance, as described in the Privacy Policy. I can withdraw this consent at any time in my account settings; withdrawal will disable the case feature but will not affect processing already carried out.
2. Sharing the de-identified case with verified clinics
I expressly consent to a de-identified version of my case (without my name and contact details) being made available to verified clinics on the Platform so that they can send me preliminary treatment proposals. I can withdraw this consent at any time.
3. Revealing your identity to a clinic you choose
Asked once per clinic, at the moment you request contact — never in advance, and never for a clinic you did not choose. The text names that clinic and its country:
I agree to share my name, contact details and full case with [Clinic name] so that they can plan my treatment. They will handle my data as an independent controller, under their own privacy policy. They are based in [country]; if that is outside the European Economic Area, local data protection rules may not match the ones in the EU, and I ask for my details to be shared there on that basis.
4. Optional: service improvement
Never a condition of use. Declining it changes nothing about your access to any feature.
(Optional) I expressly consent to OTEXE using my case materials, after de-identification, to improve the Platform and its AI features. This is voluntary, does not affect my access to any feature, and I can withdraw it at any time.
5. Optional: marketing
(Optional) I would like to receive news and offers about AIDA by email. I can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any message.
Records
We log each consent and each withdrawal — who, when, and the exact text and version agreed to — and keep that log for the life of the account plus three years, in order to demonstrate compliance. The wording currently in force is version 2026-08-27. If we change a text, we ask again rather than re-interpreting an old consent.
