How AIDA works
From your first upload to choosing a clinic — here is the full flow, step by step.
- 1
Upload your materials
Patient uploads dental photos, X-rays, CBCT/CT scans, or an existing treatment plan.
- 2
Complete the intake
A short guided intake captures your main concern, symptoms, history, goals, budget, insurance, and location.
- 3
AI structures the case
AIDA performs an AI-powered case review and organizes everything into a clear, preliminary case summary.
- 4
Dental Case Passport generated
A PDF Dental Case Passport is created so you can keep and share an organized version of your case.
- 5
You give consent
You decide how your case is shared — nothing leaves your account without your explicit consent.
- 6
AIDA de-identifies your case
Before anything reaches clinics, AIDA removes your identity and contact details to create a de-identified case.
- 7
Appears in the verified clinic marketplace
Verified clinics see only the de-identified version of your case — never your personal identity.
- 8
Clinics submit preliminary proposals
Interested clinics submit a preliminary treatment direction and an estimated cost range. Licensed dentist review is required before any final plan.
- 9
You compare and select
You review and compare preliminary proposals side by side, then choose the clinic that fits you best.
- 10
Clinic pays the access fee
Only after you select a clinic does that clinic pay an access fee to move forward with your case.
- 11
De-identified communication
You and the selected clinic communicate through AIDA while your identity remains private.
- 12
You book your appointment
When you're ready, you request an appointment with the selected clinic.
- 13
Full case and contact handoff
After you request an appointment, your full case and contact details are shared with the clinic you chose.
Important medical disclaimer
AIDA does not provide a diagnosis and does not replace a licensed dentist. AI-generated summaries are for informational and case-organization purposes only. Final diagnosis, treatment plan, and pricing must be confirmed by a licensed dental professional after clinical examination.
